We only collaborate with factories that allow their workers to select, organize, and join unions. Currently, both our collaborative factories do have labor unions. We also pledge to maintain safe and hazardless working environment, cafeteria, and dormitories, which are all inspected by third-party auditors as well.

Environmental 

Palace follows all environmental regulations to maintain the quality of air, soil, water, and other natural resources. We make a conscious effort to avoid pollution and any negative effects our operations may cause to the environment. Our collaborative factories are regularly inspected not only by local environmental departments, but also by third-party auditors using the Higg Index. Furthermore, our products are able to comply to RSL standards such as Oeko-tex, Bluesign, and RDS.

Anti-Discrimination

Our company strongly condemns any form of discrimination within our company. We structure our hiring process, wage and benefit systems, and promotions completely by merit. There is no tolerance for any types of discrimination, whether by sex, race, age, nationality, religious beliefs, marital status, sexuality, or disability. We aim to maintain a working environment that promotes equality, respect, and safety.

Employee Satisfaction

We also actively invest in employee satisfaction by closely following local labor laws, communicating efficiently with labor unions, and hosting regular social gatherings and company trips.
